Appointments - We encourage our clients to make an
appointment when bringing in an animal. We guarantee to see you within
15 minutes of your appointment time. If circumstances dictate that
this cannot be acheived we pledge to discount your bill by 15% as
a thank you for your patience.
An appointment system also has the advantage of allowing you to see the vet of your choice and case continuity of ongoing problems can be maintained. Cats of nervous disposition can be seen without facing the stress of a noisy waiting room. Nurse Clinics are also now available on Wednesday afternoons, again by appointment. |

Repeat prescriptions - We would appreciate a phone call so your prescription can be looked out in advance. We will require to check all patients receiving repeat prescriptions every 3 months. |

Free weight check - We would be delighted to weigh you pet and give appropriate feeding advice, free of charge. |

Food - We can supply, at competitive prices, Hill's and Pedigree brands. Other foods can be sourced but should be ordered in advance. Any product can be given a full no questions asked refund if not to your satisfaction. You can get your car right to the door and assistance will be given for loading large bags. |

Health - Worming, Flea control products and a wide range of shampoos can also be suplied to registered clients at outstanding value. |

Behaviour Therapy and Training - We are pleased to be working with Anna Patfield (B.Sc., CABP) who is a local, fully qualified Pet Behaviour Therapist. Please contact her directly for behaviour and training help for your dog, cat or puppy. All problems from aggression and separation distress to pulling on the lead and jumping up can be helped.
